Cet article propose de questionner les initiatives locales dans les projets de territoire et tente, dans le contexte de la crise socio-écologique actuelle, de dessiner les contours de nouvelles gouvernances territoriales. Plus précisément, il propose d’analyser les projets agri-paysagers d’acteurs organisés en coopérative habitante de paysage (CHP) et, sur ces bases, de comprendre de quelle façon ils participent à la mise en place et à l’animation d’un projet alimentaire territorial (PAT). L’hypothèse centrale est qu’installer une dialectique pragmatique entre le concept d’habiter et la notion de paysage permettrait de renouveler les différentes manières d’agir sur les lieux, d’aménager les territoires et de gérer les environnements. Il s’agit par-là d’explorer le champ d’initiatives à visée socio-écologique, qui réorganisent les relations à l’environnement des collectifs d’acteurs-habitants qui les portent. La démarche de recherche repose sur la mise en place d’un partenariat avec les acteurs-habitants du territoire étudié et sur des expérimentations visant à penser autrement les (re)configurations institutionnelles dans lesquelles se déploient les politiques publiques.

This article aims to question local initiatives attempting, in the context of the current socio-ecological crisis, to draw the contours of new territorial governance. More precisely, it proposes to analyze the agri-landscape projects of actors organized in Landscape inhabitant cooperative (LIC) and, on these bases, to understand how they participate in the establishment and animation of territory food project (TFP). Installing a pragmatic dialectic between the concept of inhabiting and the notion of landscape would make it possible to renew the different ways of acting on places, of planning territories and of managing environments is at the center of the reflection. It is a question of exploring the field of initiatives with a socio-ecological aim, pretexts for a rearrangement of the actors / inhabitants in collective and for an induced reorganization of their relations with the environment at the territorial level. The research approach is based on the establishment of a partnership with the actors-inhabitants of the territory studied and on experiments aimed at thinking differently about the institutional (re) configurations in which public policies are deployed.
