La pratique psychomotrice, en psychiatrie adulte, reste peu connue et sa clinique rarement théorisée. Pourtant, elle a toute sa place dans le dispositif de soin. L’objet de cet écrit est de développer les axes de travail à partir d’une expérience de prise en charge psychomotrice auprès d’un patient accueilli en CMP, Mr L. Des incursions théorico-cliniques nourriront et soutiendront cette approche. S’appuyant, entre autre, sur les théories de D. ANZIEU, l’auteure fait le constat d’un manque de structuration de l’enveloppe psychomotrice de Mr L., (entendue ici dans le sens du Moi-Peau d’ANZIEU, c’est-à-dire « la figuration d’un Moi contenant à partir de l’expérience de la surface de la peau »1). Elle amènera peu à peu le patient à trouver dans son propre corps des étayages suffisants pour fonder son sentiment de solidité interne, permettant de lier l’extérieur et l’intérieur, de réinvestir l’espace et de supporter la relation à autrui.

Psychomotor practice in adult psychiatry remains little known and its clinic rarely theorized. However, it has its place in the care system. The object of this writing is to develop the work axes from an experience of psychomotor care with a patient hosted in CMP, Mr. L. Theoretical-clinical incursions will nourish and support this approach. Drawing, among other things, on the theories of D. ANZIEU, the author makes the observation of a lack of structuring of the psychomotor envelope of Mr. L., (understood here in the sense of the Moi-Peau of ANZIEU, that is to say “the figuration of a self containing from the experience of the surface of the skin”1). It will gradually lead the patient to find in his own body sufficient support to base his feeling of internal solidity, allowing to link the outside and the inside, to reinvest the space and to support the relation to others.

La practica de la psicomotricidad en psichiatría adulta sigue siendo poco conocida y su clínica poco teorizada. Sin embargo, tiene un papel legitimo en el dispositivo de tratamientos. El propósito de este documento sera de desarrollar las lineas de trabajo a partir de una experimentación de toma en carga psicomotriz con un paciente acogido en un CMP, el Señor L. Incursiones teórico clínicas vendrán alimentar y apoyar este enfoque. Apoyándose, sobre las teorías de D. ANZIEU, la autora constata una falta de estructuración del envuelto psicomotor del Señor L. (aquí con el sentido del « yo piel » de ANZIEU, es decir « la figuración de un yo que contiene a partir de la la experiencia de la superficie de la piel »). Llevara poco a poco el paciente, a encontrar en su cuerpo propio apoyos suficientes para fundarse en su sentimiento de solidez interna, permitiendo unir exterior e interior, de volver a investir el espacio y de soportar la relación al otro.
