Cette publication aborde les aspects essentiels qui composent le contenu de la Loi israélienne des Services Aériens 5772-2012 (LSA), qui réglemente les droits des passagers dans le cadre du transport aérien national et international. La norme israélienne comble une grande partie des lacunes d’interprétation des règlements européens, en comportant de nouveaux aspects tels que le départ anticipé du vol, un système d’indemnisation beaucoup plus généreux avec le passager ou la sanction exemplaire. Le présent article vise à servir de point de départ pour les juristes qui souhaitent approfondir dans l’étude des droits des passagers aériens dans le droit israélien.

This publication deals with the essential aspects which make up the content of the Israeli Aviation Services Law 5772-2012. The Israeli act regulates the rights of domestic and international air passengers and fills a large part of the loopholes in the interpretation of European regulations, by including new aspects such as the early departure of the flight, a much more generous compensation system with the passenger or the exemplary damages. The purpose of this article is to serve as a starting point for lawyers wishing to deepen their study of the rights of air passengers in Israeli law.
