How should we conceptualize the world we are living in? This is the question that preoccupies.the A. How can we transform the categories of our conceptual thought? Are categories having to do with politics (= assuming power) or the economy (= development) adequate? The author has his doubts. In fact there are two worlds: world A and world B. The latter, a world of poverty and death, has less and less to do with world A, or the world of wealth. World B has been abandoned. There, people live and die and there, too, we find special relations of domination and exploitation. What words or concepts can enable us to theorize and express these horrible facts?
