Le confinement imposé en mars 2020 nous a poussés à réinventer une façon d’« accueillir » sans lieu les patients de l'hôpital de jour. Comment transposer des soins basés sur la psychanalyse et la psychothérapie institutionnelle quand la distance nous sépare ? Comment se saisir des outils numériques et informatiques pour tenter de maintenir une continuité des soins et des liens ? La création d'un groupe via la plateforme Zoom durant cette période confinée a été l'une des réponses apportées par l'équipe soignante, amenant son lot de questionnements éthiques et cliniques.

The lockdown imposed on all in March 2020 forced us to find a new way of «welcoming» patients with no day hospital or any other place to go to. How to adapt care based on psychoanalysis and institutional psychotherapy when distance separates us? How to grasp digital and computer tools to try to maintain a continuity of care and relationships? The creation of a group via the Zoom platform during this confined period was one of the answers provided by the care team, raising its share of ethical and clinical questions.
