L’article tente d’appréhender de manière critique les problèmes profonds de l’éthique médicale posés par la philosophe néerlandaise Annemarie Mol dans son ouvrage The Body Multiple : Ontology in Medical Practice [4]. Le concept logique et mathématique de transitivité et d’intransitivité, choisi par la philosophe, nous fait aborder les problématiques traditionnelles de la bioéthique sous un angle nouveau : les modèles de relations médecin-patient, le statut de personne vs. être humain, la transplantation d’organes, ainsi que le conflit entre l’individuel et le collectif dans des conditions épidémiques. Les points-clés sur lesquels s’appuie la philosophe sont les concepts d’intransitivité du patient et de ses organes, le statut du corps, le rapport entre le tout et les parties, ainsi que le concept d’inclusion comme relation d’intégration d’un corps multiple. Tentant d’analyser ces concepts, l’autrice de l’article se réfère aux travaux de philosophes russes et français, et aborde également les problèmes modernes de la bioéthique à travers le prisme des questions posées par A. Mol sous un angle inhabituel.

The article attempts to critically apprehend the profound problems of medical ethics, posed by the Dutch philosopher Annemarie Mol in her book “The Body Multiple: Ontology in Medical Practice” [4]. The logical and mathematical concept of transitivity and intransitivity, chosen by the philosopher, makes us approach the traditional problems of bioethics from a new angle: through the models of physician-patient relationship, the status of a person vs. human being, organ transplantation, as well as the conflict between the individual and the collective in epidemic conditions. The key points on which the philosopher relies are the concepts of intransitivity of the patient and his organs, the status of the human body, the relationship between the whole body and its parts, as well as the concept of inclusion as a relationship of integration of a multiple body. Trying to analyze these concepts, the author of the article refers to the works of Russian and French philosophers, and also addresses modern problems of bioethics through the prism of the questions posed by A. Mol from an unusual angle.
