Face à la violence de l’inceste passé à l’acte entre un parent et un enfant pré-pubère victime, avant toute thérapie individuelle, le contexte pathologique impose une prise en charge spécifique. C’est la psychothérapie familiale de réseau, mise au point au Centre des Buttes-Chaumont, qui correspond au mieux à cette prise en charge. Cet article traite de la description du nouveau cadre ainsi mis au point : Trauma précoce, Droits de l’enfant, transfert sur le cadre, déconfusionnement, procès et maturation du Moi, ce qui évite les répétitions aux générations suivantes.

Treating Minors who are Victims of Incest. Incest inflicted upon a pre-pubescent child by a parent is a profoundly violent act and as such, before any individual form of therapy can be initiated, the pathological context must be dealt with in specific ways. A specialised institution, the Centre des Buttes-Chaumont, has established a form of psychotherapy for the family network to this end. This article describes the different components of the new therapeutic structure – early trauma, children’s rights, transference with the structure, de-confusing, processes and development of the Ego - designed to avoid repetition situations happening with future generations.
