Dans la situation analytique avec le patient aux prises avec des vécus psychotiques, l’analyste est soumis à des mouvements internes transférentiels où, par identification projective, la désubjectivation prédomine. L’analyste est alors convoqué à être l’objet – en – soi, à voir sa parole saisie comme un savoir préétabli et immuable, qui aliène le sujet et détruit l’objet. Dès lors comment survivre ? Si le travail analytique passe alors préférentiellement par une alphabétisation, au sens de Bion, de la matière brute du vécu psychotique, le transfert étant lui aussi pris dans cette matière, si ce travail de représentation et de psychisation passe par une mise à disposition de son appareil psychique, l’analyste devra-t-il consentir à la folie ?

In an analytic situation with a patient struggling with psychotic episodes, the analyst is submitted to internal movements of transfer dominated by de- subjectivation through projective identification. At that point, the analyst is required to become the object-in-itself, to see his voice taken as a preestablished and unchangeable knowledge that alienates the subject and destroys the object. How to survive then? If the analytical work has to take place through Bion-defined alpha-beta transformation of the psychotic event’s raw material, and the transfer is taken in the same fashion; if this representational and psychisation work also happens through the availability of his psychic apparel, should the analyst accept insanity?

Nella situazione analitica con il paziente alle prese con vissuti psicotici, l’analista è sottomesso a movimenti interni transferali in cui, tramite l’identificazione proiettiva, la de-soggettivazione prevale. L’analista deve allora essere l’oggetto-in-se-stesso, la sua parola viene presa come un sapere prestabilito e immutabile che aliena il soggetto e distrugge l’oggetto. Quindi, come sopravvivere? Se il lavoro analitico passa allora preferibilmente per una “alfabetizzazione”, nel senso di Bion, della materia grezza del vissuto psicotico, il transfert essendo anch’esso preso in questa materia, se questo lavoro di rappresentazione e di psichizzazione passa per una messa a disposizione del proprio apparato psichico, l’analista dovrà acconsentire alla follia?
