Ce texte présente un exemple de soin psychique groupal au sein du centre psychothérapique de La Velotte, fondé en 1967 par le psychanalyste Paul-Claude Racamier. Le cadre institutionnel y est précisément défini, avec des seuils d’entrée et de sortie notamment, mais aussi des seuils intermédiaires, maintenant en permanence tendu le fil du soin et permettant au patient psychotique de se déprendre des ligatures incestuelles dans lesquelles il évolue. Entrer dans ce cadre, issu du cadre psychanalytique classique mais transposé à l’institution, c’est entrer dans sa tête, c’est commencer à penser par soi-même. Après une présentation brève de La Velotte, l’accent sera mis sur la réunion hebdomadaire du groupe, à partir de deux vignettes cliniques, dont la seconde décrit une action parlante en groupe (le démarquage), c’est-à-dire « l’équivalent mis en acte d’une interprétation » (P.-C. Racamier).

From the psychoanalytic setting to that of group psychic care at La VelotteThis text presents an example of group psychic care within the psychotherapeutic centre of La Velotte, founded in 1967 by the psychoanalyst Paul-Claude Racamier. The institutional setting is precisely defined, notably with entry and exit thresholds, but also intermediate thresholds, maintaining the thread of care constantly taut and helping the psychotic patient to detach him- or herself from the incestuous ligatures in which he or she is caught up. Entering this setting derived from the classical psychoanalytic setting, but transposed to the institution, involves entering its head; it means beginning to think by oneself. After a brief presentation of La Velotte, emphasis will be placed on the weekly group meeting, drawing on two clinical vignettes, the second of which describes a speaking action in the group (“ demarquage”, a term signifying an an alarm signal given to the patient which helps him “get himself back on course” in the cure), that is to say, “the equivalent enactment of an interpretation” (P.-C. Racamier).
