Based on the model of parent-infant therapy initiated by Selma Fraiberg through home visiting, treating Michèle and Myriam over time shows the turbulence stemming from the young mother’s projections toward her baby. Twenty years later, the long-term transformational effects linked to the therapeutic work allows for a sharing of past experiences with the family. It reveals the existence of an ability to think together, named « copensée » by Daniel Widlöcher, and shows the importance of the security and strength of the link established.
