Le concept de « lutte à mort » est emprunté à Hegel. L’hypothèse défendue est celle-ci : dans la dialectique « investissement-identification », le destin d’une « lutte à mort » sur le pôle de l’identification conditionne le destin d’une « reconnaissance » essentielle au pôle de l’investissement. Cette hypothèse repose sur une lecture du « fantasme de déliaison subjective » décrit par André Green.

An aspect of murder: the ‘struggle unto death’To the two—founding and deadly—aspects of murder described by Chervet, the author suggests adding a third—the struggle unto death. The concept of ‘struggle unto death’ is borrowed from Hegel. The hypothesis put forward is that in the ‘cathexis–identification’ dialectic, the outcome of a ‘struggle unto death’ at the pole of identification conditions the outcome of an essential ‘recognition’ at the pole of cathexis. This hypothesis is based on a reading of the ‘subjective unbinding fantasy’ described by Green.

ResumenA las dos dimensiones fundadoras y mortíferas del asesinato, descritas por Bernard Chervet, el autor propone adicionarle una tercera dimensión, la lucha a muerte. El concepto de “lucha a muerte” ha sido tomado de Hegel. La hipótesis defendida es la siguiente: en la dialéctica “carga-identificación”, el destino de una “lucha a muerte” en el polo de la identificación condiciona el destino de un “reconocimiento” esencial al polo de la carga. Esta hipótesis reposa en la lectura de la “fantasía de desligazón subjetiva” descrita por André Green.

Der Begriff “Kampf auf Leben und Tod” wird von Hegel entliehen. Die hier vetretene Hypothese ist folgende: Bei der Dialektik von “Besetzung-Identifikation” bestimmt, auf dem Pol der Identifikation, das Schicksal eines “Kampfes auf Leben und Tod” das Schicksal einer essentiellen “Anerkennung”, auf dem Pol der Besetzung. Diese Hypothese stützt sich auf eine Lektüre der « Phantasie von der subjektiven Entbindung », die von André Green beschrieben wurde.
