RésuméPartant de sa pratique du travail à domicile, l’auteur, psychologue clinicienne, psychanalyste, propose une réflexion sur la clinique de cette rencontre singulière, au domicile, et ce qu’elle peut nous apprendre en retour, notamment au niveau des enjeux transférentiels. Elle présente le travail d’élaboration/construction d’un dispositif de thérapie mère-enfant effectuée au domicile, celui-ci devenant alors un élément constitutif à part entière du cadre, et en même temps paradoxal du fait de son caractère privé et sous contrôle exclusif de la mère. Cette particularité serait-elle à l’origine des représentations/sensations de type cannibalique chez le thérapeute : être avalé, ingéré ? Cette perspective, articulée avec les notions d’intrusion et de curiosité, vient éclairer autrement la question de l’ingérence : pour pouvoir s’ingérer faudrait-il d’abord se laisser ingérer ? Pourrait-on alors parler d’« ingérence bien tempérée » ?

Starting from her working practice in patients’ homes, the author (a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst) proposes a clinical reflection on such quite specific encounters and what this can teach us, especially as regards the transference issues at stake. She introduces the work of drawing up/building a process for mother-child therapy to take place in the home.In so doing, she shows how the home environment becomes a key element of the overall setting and, at the same time, a paradoxical element due to the dimension of privacy and its exclusive control by the mother. Is this specificity at the root of the cannibalistic type of representations/sensations experienced by the therapist, that of being swallowed and ingested ? This perspective, hinging on the notions of intrusion and curiosity, may shed light on the question of interference : in order to intervene must one first accept being assimilated ?
