Cet article retrace le cheminement de la question de la formation au cours des egts, examinant comment les acteurs mobilisés s’en sont emparés dans leurs préconisations. Il montre, à partir d’une mise à plat de ce travail de la formation, comment on est passé d’une attente relativement consensuelle de modernisation douce du système des formations sociales à une annonce gouvernementale de refondation du modèle de la formation, même si celle-ci laisse dans l’ombre certaines questions majeures, comme la structuration de l’appareil de formation.

The question of training as seen by participants at the General Assembly of Social WorkThis article retraces the history of the General Assembly of Social Work debates about training and examines how the actors mobilized included the question in their recommendations. After an inventory of how training works, the author shows that there was a good degree of consensus at the beginning on the need for a fairly modest level of reform of the system of social work training. However, this evolved towards a government announcement of a completely new basis for the training model. This announcement leaves open some major questions, such as how the apparatus of the training system should be restructured.
