L’article propose une analyse réflexive sur les trente dernières années (1996-2022) des échanges scientifiques qui ont contribué à construire le champ des communications organisationnelles en France au sein du groupe d’études Org&Co de de la Société Française des Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication. Ces échanges – professionnels/publics – sont à la fois issus des formes communicationnelles empruntées et héritées du monde académique et du travail communicationnel des participants – professeurs, enseignants-chercheurs et doctorants –, impacté par les transformations des universités et des conditions de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales. Il s’agit de comprendre pourquoi ce champ n’a pas vu émerger des « controverses ».

This article proposes a reflexive analysis over the last thirty years (1996-2022) of the scientific exchanges that have contributed to the construction of the field of organizational communications in France within the Org&Co study group of the French Society of Information and Communication Sciences. These professional/public exchanges stem both from the communicative forms borrowed and inherited from the academic world and from the communicative work of the participants –professors, teacher–researchers and doctoral students-, impacted by the transformations of the universities and the conditions of research in the humanities and social sciences. The aim is to understand why this field has not seen the emergence of « controversies ».
