Il s’agit de recenser les personnes à domicile, de déterminer les besoins en hébergements hospitaliers et d’organiser leur prise en charge par les secouristes. Cette méthode appliquée depuis 2003 s’appuie sur des outils créés par la Ddass. Elle est couramment utilisée et a fait la preuve de son efficacité jusqu’à présent. | ||
