La démonstration soulève l’importance de l’hybridation des ressources dans la phase d’émergence ainsi que ses limites dans la phase de diffusion si aucune politique publique ne vient reconnaître sa singularité.

The main hypothesis is about hybridization both as a driving force for and an obstacle to the development of these initiatives. The demonstration underlines the importance of resource hybridization in the emergence phase. It also focuses on its limitations in the diffusion phase if no public policy acknowledges its uniqueness.
