520			_aRésuméCette contribution propose une réflexion sur la place donnée et les attentes adressées à la sociologie appliquée en entreprise, lorsqu'elle est mobilisée au service de la conduite d'un projet dont les objectifs, à la définition desquels l'étude est censée participer, sont en grande partie prédéfinis. Après une présentation de la commande initiale, l'article se centre sur la façon dont elle a évolué au fur et à mesure de l'accompagnement. Il souligne l'importance et la richesse de la mobilisation d'une perspective critique pour interroger et déconstruire les attentes normatives initialement contenues dans la commande, et pour proposer une approche adaptée aux enjeux et au contexte.
