Au c ur de ce processus, l'économie morale articulée autour de la notion de révolution détermine les échanges politiques producteurs de l'action publique, que ce soit par la production de l'administration elle-même ou par la construction du rôle public de l'administration.L'analyse des échanges politiques articulée à la notion d'économie morale nous permet de comprendre comment l'intégration de militants associatifs populaires au sein des administrations publiques retravaille le rapport à la fois moral et pratique des classes populaires à l'État et au politique, tout en reproduisant la conditionnalité de leur accès à l'action publique.
520			_aThis article analyzes the social dynamics that sustain the integration of grassroots activists to public administrations in the context of chavista governments in Venezuela. At the core of this process, the moral economy built around the idea of the revolution determines the political exchanges that actually shape public action, whether they get materialized within the design of public institutions, or through the theorical and practical definition of the administration's public function.The analysis of political exchanges forged around to the concept of moral economy, allows us to understand how the integration of grassroots activists into public administrations redefines the moral and practical relationships of working classes with the State and with politics, at the same time as it reproduces the conditionality of their access to public policies.
