| 520 | _aRésume Contraintes de s’adapter, sous l’effet du changement climatique ou de l’évolution des attentes du tourisme, les stations de moyenne montagne ont initié depuis une vingtaine d'années un processus de diversification touristique sur leur territoire, pour ne plus être dépendantes du seul produit « ski ». Dans ce contexte évolutif, en quoi l'innovation organisationnelle peut-elle constituer un facteur de performance pour les stations de sports d’hiver ? Dans une perspective d’aide à la décision, est-il possible d’identifier des leviers aptes à impulser ces innovations organisationnelles ? À travers l’analyse des proximités dans trois sites français de moyenne montagne, cet article propose ici quelques réponses. | ||
| 520 | _aForced to adapt under the effect of climate change or the changing expectations of customers towards more leisure and well-being, the average ski resorts have engaged since 1990 a tourism diversification process, encouraged by regional levels, local. the change of the territorial level as well this one of the players involved in tourism led to question the tourism organization of the ski resorts and the concerned areas. Thus, through the analysis of proximities in three study sites, La Bresse, Dévoluy and the Sancy, our contribution will highlight the diversity of the diversification process. Beyond this variety, we will return the levers possible on tourism diversification by offering an analysis grid for the public policy. | ||
