She testifies here regarding her participation in this dispute, “having followed it closely, and even perhaps encouraged it”. Following announcement of the Barzach decree that allowed people without a baccalauréat to attempt the competitive entry examination for nurses, this dispute, triggered by the nurses’ national coordination committee and supported by nurse managers, highlighted the extent to which the health authorities were out of touch with this profession “giving the impression of having understood nothing about its development”. | ||
