520			_aLa différence de point de vue entre deux films chiliens remarquables –  El Chacal de Nahueltoro (Miguel Littin, 1969) et El Pejesapo (José Luis Sepúlveda, 2007) – nous permettra de caractériser le surmoi dans le néolibéralisme. À chaque fois, le portrait d’un marginal sert à évoquer la société chilienne dans son ensemble et sa mutation entre les deux films : quarante ans ont passé et le néolibéralisme s’est édifié à la suite d’une dictature. Ces deux films, qui délimitent une forme de marginalité sociale dans son rapport singulier à la loi, nous donneront un aperçu du surmoi à l’ère du capitalisme.
520			_aThe fates of the superego under neoliberalism: from El Chacal de Nahueltoro to PejesapoThe different points of view in two outstanding Chilean films, El Chacal de Nahueltoro by Miguel Littin in 1969 and El Pejesato by José Luis Sepúlveda in 2009 should allow us to characterize the superego under neoliberalism. Each time, the portrait of an outcast functions so as to refer to Chilean society and its mutation between the two films: indeed within forty years neoliberalism has developed in the aftermath of dictatorship. Both films drawing a form of social marginality with its relation to the Law give us an insight into the superego under capitalism.
