Au sein de l’espace sportif, cette volonté participative reste néanmoins marginale et peu défendue. L’article vise alors à comprendre ce phénomène en démontrant d’une part la difficulté pour les dirigeants sportifs à penser cette participation, et d’autre part la manière avec laquelle les enjeux de pouvoir autour de l’organisation de la pratique empêchent l’arrivée de nouveaux discours. La place de la personne handicapée dans le processus politique est ainsi interrogée au prisme d’une faible efficience et d’une prise de parole sous conditions d’inscription dans des dispositifs institutionnels et des trajectoires individuelles spécifiques. | ||
