520			_aCet article envisage la question de la démocratie à partir de ce que l’auteur appelle « l’imagination participative ». Pour ce faire, après avoir repris brièvement un débat bien engagé depuis une vingtaine d’années autour de la démocratie représentative, il s’applique à définir les notions actuellement en vogue d’ « empowerment » et de « pouvoir d’agir ». La question de la participation est ensuite analysée dans le cadre de la loi 2002.2 (rénovant l’action sociale et médico-sociale). Il est enfin montré toute la pertinence du Dispositif Institutionnel mis en œuvre par la sociopsychanalyse et celle du concept d’ « actepouvoir » en ce qu’ils traduisent respectivement la dimension concrète de l’application du premier et l’imagination participative du second.
