Expliquer le travail est donc difficile et complexe car les espaces de visibilité sont des espaces informels, mélange de crainte et besoin de donner à voir à autrui.La créativité, liant du puzzle des normes, ajoute de la valeur au savoir et le rend progressivement plus utile.
