520			_aNous proposons une revue critique des différentes études sur ce concept ; nous montrons que ces études souffrent de limites qui méritent un angle d’analyse strictement infirmière pour une meilleure compréhension et évaluation des résultats de l’intervention de soin : réminiscence. Le but de cet article est de montrer que la réminiscence a été peu analysée à partir d’un modèle conceptuel propre aux sciences infirmières. Le modèle conceptuel du Dr Neuman offre des assises théoriques très fécondes pour son application dans la pratique.
520			_aWe would like to submit a critical evaluation of different studies on this concept. We will demonstrate that these studies suffer from limitations that deserve an analytical approach pertaining solely to nursing, and for a better understanding and evaluation of treatment results: reminiscence. The goal of this article is to illustrate that reminiscence has been little analyzed in regards to a conceptual model specific to nursing science. Dr. Neuman’s conceptual model offers a rich theoretical basis for the application of this practice.
