520			_aCe travail présente une recherche conduite lors d’un travail de diplôme de Master en sciences humaines et sociales à propos des conceptions des infirmières nouvelles diplômées HES concernant la promotion santé. Une approche qualitative inductive a été utilisée pour explorer l’influence de la formation en alternance au sein de la Haute Ecole de Santé arc sur leur professionnalisation. En plus des entretiens semi directifs, un entretien compréhensif en groupe a été conduit pour rendre compte de la réflexivité et des difficultés des nouvelles diplômées. Les résultats montrent que celles-ci se réfèrent spontanément au modèle global de la santé, mais des confusions pour définir le concept de la promotion de la santé demeurent. La formation pratique semble être moins professionnalisante dans ce champ précis, en lien avec une prédominance de modèle biomédical et l’augmentation de la charge de travail infirmiers. Une socialisation dans les lieux de soins aigus est identifiée. Les résultats démontrent que la formation en école a bien préparé les infirmières à exercer leur rôle en tant que « praticien réflexif » qui prend en compte la complexité des différents déterminants de la santé vis-à-vis des situations de soin, bien que les enseignements restent très abstraits. L’analyse des résultats démontre que la professionnalisation des infirmières HES est hésitante et fragile dans le champ de la promotion de la santé en raison de plusieurs facteurs conceptuels, épistémiques, organisationnels et politiques. Un projet-actions a été élaboré, qui a soulevé quelques leviers et obstacles à sa réalisation. Cette recherche s’ouvre sur d’autres pistes de recherche qui pourront explorer en profondeur les difficultés et obstacles en école et sur les lieux de la pratique et leur influence sur la professionnalisation des étudiant-e-s infirmier-ère-s.

Case of the nurse in a Swiss University of Applied SciencesThis work presents a research undertaken for a diploma of Master in social sciences in connexion with the conceptions of HES new graduate nurses concerning health promotion. An inductive qualitative approach has been used to explore the influence of the alternation training within the University of Applied Sciences of Health arc on their professionalisation. In addition to the semi-directing interviews, an understanding maintenance in group has been led to account for the reflexivity and difficulties of the new graduates. The results show that they spontaneously refer to the global health model, but are confused when asked to define the concept of health promotion. The practical training seems to be less professionalized in this precise field, in connection with a prevalence of the biomedical model and the nurses’ increased workload. We identify socialization in the places of acute care. The results show that the formation at school accurately prepared the nurses to exert their role as a “reflexive practitioner” who takes into account the complexity of the various determinants of health with respect to the situations of care, although the lessons remain very abstract. The analysis of the results show that professionalisation of HES nurses is hesitant and fragile in the field of the promotion of health, due to several conceptual, epistemic, organisational and political factors. A “project-actions” has been worked out and has raised some levers and obstacles with its realisation. This research opens on other tracks of research, which could be able to explore more accurately the difficulties and obstacles at school and on the spot for practise and their influence on the professionalisation of the nurses-to-be.
