| 520 | _aContexte : dans l’hexagone, le processus d’universitarisation de la formation des infirmières, ainsi que le développement d’un Programme hospitalier de recherche infirmière et paramédicale (PHRIP) constituent des avancées significatives contribuant au positionnement de la profession dans la communauté scientifique. L’initiation à la recherche constitue dorénavant une unité d’enseignement (UE) dans le programme de formation initiale en soins infirmiers et souligne le caractère professionnalisant d’une formation par la recherche ouvrant sur la question de la visibilité et du développement en France, à terme, d’une discipline en sciences infirmières. Objectif : établir un état des lieux en France, de la mise en œuvre de l’initiation à la recherche. Méthode : une enquête exploratoire a été adressée à 305 instituts de formation par le biais d’un « e-questionnaire ». 115 questionnaires ont été renseignés. Résultats/Discussion : il se dégage des freins au développement de la recherche dont la faible expertise dans les paradigmes et méthodes de recherche, un besoin de formation des formateurs, une faible utilisation des articles de recherche et un écart entre la prescription des enseignements et le réalisé. Conclusion : les résultats soulignent des difficultés concernant l’implantation de l’initiation à la recherche et une hétérogénéité dans la mise en œuvre de cette UE pouvant impacter le processus de professionnalisation de l’étudiant. | ||
| 520 | _aBackground : at the national level, the process which integrates nurse education curriculum to university studies, as well as the creation of a program of nursing and paramedical research in the hospital are contributing to the promoting of these professions inside the scientific community. The research introduction is now a teaching unit, which emphasizes professionalizing and training through research and opens the question of the visibility and the development in France, of a discipline in nursing. Objective : to establish an inventory of the implementation of the teaching units concerning introduction to research. Method : a survey was sent to 305 educational institutions through an online questionnaire. Results/Discussion : it emerges some obstacles to the development of research including a low expertise in paradigms and research methods, the need for training of trainers, a low use of research articles and a gap between the teachings of the program and teachings made. Conclusion : the results highlight the difficulties in the implementation of the research initiation and the heterogeneity in the implementation of the teaching unit that could affect the process of professionalization of the student. | ||
