| 520 | _aRésuméÀ partir du matériel issu de séances d’un groupe de patients psychotiques en institution, je me suis centré sur l’effort pour créer/maintenir une activité de pensée chez l’analyste et les patients. Il est apparu que la confusion, le magma du discours psychotique exigeait, pour le rétablissement d’une continuité temporelle, de partir d’une origine : moment de l’effondrement, mythe, etc. Ce temps du groupe devient un temps vécu créateur d’espaces interne et externe. | ||
