520			_aRésuméLes institutions de soins, et plus particulièrement celles qui ont à prendre en charge le quotidien de la souffrance somatique, sont confrontés à des enjeux processuels de vie et de mort qui mobilisent de manière massive les connaissances des soignants mais aussi toute la dimension affective des identifications aux personnes en souffrance avec ses deux pôles de rejet ou d’adhésivité. Peut-on ici faire abstraction du contexte groupal institutionnel dans lequel ses prises en charge s’effectuent ? Le groupe familial comme le groupe soignant est en premier « effracté » par le débordement de l’angoisse qui a pour conséquence les gels de pensée et leurs effets au long cours.
520			_aThe institutions of care, and more particularly those who have to take care of the everyday life of the somatic suffering, are confronted with stakes process of life and death which mobilizes in a massive way the knowledge of the nursing but also all the emotional dimension of the identifications to the persons in suffering with her two poles of discharge or of adhesiveness. Can we here disregard the groupal institutional context in which its coverage is made? The group family as the nursing group are in the first one in aggression by the overflowing of the fear which has for consequence the frosts of thought and their effects in the long court.
520			_aResumenLas instituciones de cuidados, y más particularmente las que tienen que encargarse del diario del sufrimiento somático, están confrontadas con puestas processuels de vida y de muerto que les moviliza de manera maciza los conocimientos de las sanitarias pero también toda dimensión afectiva de las identificaciones a las personas en sufrimiento con sus dos polos de desestimación o de « adhésivité » ¿ Podemos aquí hacer caso omiso del contexto groupal institucional en el cual sus encargadas se efectúan ? El grupo familiar como el grupo sanitario está en el primero « effracté « por el desbordamiento de la angustia que tiene como consecuencia las heladas de pensamiento y sus efectos a la pista de tenis larga.
