520			_aAvec l’irruption de la puberté, le travail psychique de l’adolescence a pour exigence le passage d’une sexualité infantile à une sexualité génitale adulte nécessitant une reconfiguration des fantasmes. Ces transformations pubertaires libèrent une grande excitation pulsionnelle, fragilisent les capacités de symbolisation et peuvent contribuer ainsi à l’apparition de troubles psychiques nécessitant une prise en charge thérapeutique. À partir de trois séances extraites d’un dispositif de psychodrame de groupe, nous soutenons que cette psychothérapie, par l’action conjointe de la mise en groupe et du jeu psychodramatique, permet la liaison de l’excitation pulsionnelle et le remaniement des fantasmes réactualisés dans le transfert sur le groupe et sur le couple de thérapeutes.
520			_aWith the onset of puberty, the psychic work of adolescence involves making the transition from infantile sexuality to adult genital sexuality, requiring a reconfiguration of fantasies. These pubertal transformations free up a great deal of instinctual drive excitation, weakens the capacities for symbolization and thereby contributes to the emergence of psychic disorders requiring therapeutic treatment. Based on three sessions taken from a group psychodrama setting, we argue that this form of psychotherapy, through the combined action of the group situation and psychodramatic role play, allows for the binding of instinctual drive excitation and the reorganization of fantasies reactualized in the transference onto the group and onto the pair of therapists.

Estas transformaciones puberales liberan una gran excitación pulsional, debilitan la capacidad de simbolización y pueden contribuir así a la aparición de trastornos psicológicos que requieren tratamiento terapéutico. A partir de tres sesiones extraídas de un dispositivo de psicodrama grupal, sostenemos que esta psicoterapia, a través de la acción conjunta del encuadre grupal y del juego psicodramático, permite vincular la excitación pulsional y reelaborar las fantasías reactualizadas en la transferencia sobre el grupo y sobre la pareja de terapeutas.
