| 520 | _aRésuméLa responsabilité de l’entreprise est de longue tradition analysée à partir d’une relation causale. A travers cette relation, on cherche à évaluer le rôle qu’a effectivement joué l’entreprise dans la réalisation d’effets. Cet article développe l’idée que l’analyse en termes de relation causale est insuffisante et y ajoute une relation d’implication. Il ne cherche plus à évaluer le rôle effectif qu’a joué l’entreprise mais établit que le degré de responsabilité est attribué à l’entreprise à partir, non pas du rôle réel qu’elle a joué, mais à partir du rôle qui lui a été attribué, donc de la représentation du rôle. Il permet alors de considérer que le facteur essentiel de la responsabilité est l’identité de la firme. | ||
| 520 | _aCorporate social responsibility is, in a long tradition, analysed on the based of causality. Through causality a link is established between the real role of the firm in an action and consequences of that action. This paper develops the idea that causality is insufficient and adds a relation of implication. Then the effective role of the firm, in a causality sens, is no more the main object of responsibility. On the contrary responsibility is related to the role attributed to the firm and not to the real role of the firm. This mean that representation or imaginative perception of the role, rather than effective role, is at the core of responsibility. We consider then identity of the firm as a main factor contributing to relate responsibility to the firm. | ||
