En effet, la notion de participation dans les communautés de pratique joue un rôle de conflit sociocognitif. Ce conflit engendre une sorte de déstabilisation des connaissances et le désapprendre qui autorise alors l’intégration de changements techniques ou organisationnels de ces communautés. La compétence communicative sert alors de levier de désapprentissage à travers le discours et à la construction d’un sens commun. Les individus se construisent alors l’illusion d’une complétude informationnelle dépendante d’un déroulement qu’ils « savent » logique puisque socialement construit. Une ellipse informationnelle forme ainsi, un raccourci de la pensée qui ne nuit pas à l’intelligibilité de l’ensemble et allège la situation. | ||
