520			_aRésuméUn rappel historique quant à la nature du fait gestionnaire et son enracinement dans la confusion du droit romain et de la pensée chrétienne médiévale permet de relativiser les approches spiritualistes de la RSE et de révéler l’ambivalence structurelle de celle-ci. En tant qu’instrument de gestion, la RSE porte en elle conjointement la bienveillance et la surveillance, intimement liées. Ce constat permet d’attirer l’attention sur les dérives potentielles de cet outil de gestion.
