520			_aRésuméDans ce texte, nous présentons les principaux courants théoriques qui fondent ce que l’on nomme dans la littérature sur les organisations le « tournant linguistique ». Ensuite, nous présentons des travaux de recherche influencés par le tournant linguistique et qui ont ouvert la voie à des approches visant à saisir l’organisation en mouvement, à mieux comprendre la place et le rôle de la communication dans la constitution des organisations.
