| 520 | _aL’objet de cette contribution est de donner un cadre théorique à une posture ethnographique de l’organisation que nous avons développée depuis plusieurs années dans le cadre d’une investigation des projets dans des environnements extrêmes, tels que les expéditions polaires. Nous décrivons cette posture d’ethnographie organisationnelle comme « constructiviste » et centrée sur les « pratiques situées ». Nous pouvons parler d’une nouvelle forme d’ethnographie organisationnelle dans le sens où d’une part elle radicalise sur le plan épistémologique la question de la réflexivité, d’autre part elle prend une orientation spécifique sur le plan théorique en investissant une logique pratique en rupture avec une logique discursive. | ||
| 520 | _aToward a « constructivist » and « practice-oriented » organizational ethnographyThe purpose of this contribution is to provide a theoretical status to an ethnographic organizational posture that we have developed for several years as part of the investigation of a project activity in extreme environments, such as polar expeditions. We call this posture as a « constructivist » and « practice-oriented » organizational ethnography. It is a new form of organizational ethnography: on one hand, the epistemological question of reflexivity is radically addressed; on the other hand, it distinguishes theoretically a practical logic to a discursive logic in order to take into account the specificity of practices. | ||
