520 _aThis article concerns the function of technology intelligence as a tool for identifying partners to support a research and innovation project. More precisely, we intend to show how the combination of regular outlook practices and one-time analysis of data can help an organization develop its ability to single out suitable partners outside its own skills. This feedback from practitioners specializing in technology intelligence is based on a concrete case conducted within the INRAE institute and is linked the field of plant phenotyping.
