| 520 | _aRésuméLa circulaire du 13 septembre 2005 du ministère de l’Intérieur a demandé aux préfets de région de mettre en place une politique publique d’intelligence économique territoriale suivant deux axes : un axe défensif pour contrer les tentatives de déstabilisation et de prédation pouvant menacer les entreprises ; un axe offensif pour anticiper les mutations, trouver et diffuser les informations stratégiques. Cet article présente le dispositif d’intelligence territoriale mis en œuvre en Poitou-Charentes, région pilote en la matière. En insistant sur la méthode de management utilisée, il analyse plus particulièrement ses aspects communicationnels. L’intelligence collective permet la constitution d’une communauté stratégique de connaissance, seule en mesure de répondre aux enjeux de la mondialisation et du développement des territoires. | ||

This article presents the territorial intelligence apparatus implemented in Poitou-Charentes, a pilot region in this respect. It focuses on the management method used and analyses its communicational aspects in particular.
