Il ressort aussi de l’enquête que si les chefs de file du BIE tenaient à mettre en avant le caractère scientifique de leurs activités, celui-ci pouvait être biaisé par le mode de fonctionnement intergouvernemental de l’organisation. Ainsi les documents du BIE de l’époque ne reflètent-ils pas les tendances totalitaires apparues en Hongrie au milieu des années 1930 dans le domaine de l’éducation. | ||

The study also shows that while the IBE leaders were keen to emphasize the scientific character of their activities, this could be biased by the intergovernmental mode of operation of the organization.
