520 | _aAcute stress strongly impacts the perceived ability of decision-makers to manage a crisis. Our paper allows us to better understand the impact of this acute stress on decision-makers' capacities in a crisis situation and, in particular, to identify the main causes that influence their stress levels. The theory is based on crisis management. The analysis is based on a quantitative study administered by questionnaires to 122 decision-makers in the risk management field and processed using a structural equations model. It identifies the resources that allow decision-makers to better restore their capabilities in a crisis situation. | ||
