L’extension du libéralisme dans le champ des pratiques du soin met en péril les agencements groupaux d’équipes potentialisant leurs fragilités narcissiques et leurs paradoxes mortifères. Les auteurs se proposent d’interroger ces mouvements à partir d’une intervention d’« analyse institutionnelle » dans une institution de soin. Cette intervention conduite à plusieurs vise dès lors à maintenir vivant entre professionnels d’une institution ce que produit la vie psychique groupale, de travailler à faire (ré)émerger un ou des collectifs institutionnels par le passage par la conflictualisation et la métaphorisation afin de réouvrir du futur.
520			_aIn this article, we consider some profound transformations in contemporary healthcare institutions, and we examine how founding functions can be preserved in this changing context, allowing caregivers to continue to devote themselves to their “primary task.” Indeed, the expansion of liberalism in the healthcare sector threatens group arrangements, intensifying the narcissistic fragilities and deadly paradoxes of staff. The authors intend to examine these movements on the basis of an “institutional analysis” in a healthcare institution. This intervention, conducted by several consultants, sought to maintain the elements generating group psychic life among the institution’s professionals. The purpose of this work was to make one/many institutional collective(s) (re)emerge through conflictualization and metaphorization.
