| 520 | _aVideo analysis of parent-child interactions provides a privileged point of view for the observation of the interactive sequences in which the infant’s socio-cognitive development is routed. The application of video-feedback interventions in the paediatrician setting provides a very innovative route for early preventive programs. Through a series of case studies, the feasibility and acceptability of an early video-feedback intervention in a public Italian Pediatric Primary Care Unit, adapted from the Video Intervention Therapy (PC-VIT), will be described. The intervention aims to support caregivers’ sensitivity and mentalization during the first year of child’s life. This case series study indicates that PC – VIT deserves to be seen as a promising tool for pediatricians, enabling the assessment and intervention on both physical and mental health issues. | ||
