520 _aPregnancy is a period tinged with many psychic changes (Bydlowski 1997; Racamier 1961; Bibring 1959). These reorganizations can be studied using projective tests, including the Rorschach. It is the psychic dynamics of women expecting their first child, in a general, risk-free population, that we wish to study in this article. After recalling the intensity of the psychic processes at work during pregnancy, and the lack of projective studies in the general population over this period of life, we will present our research, which took place in a regional university hospital. We will present the results of 14 Rorschach protocols carried out during two stages of pregnancy. Many indicators deviate significantly from the norms of the general population. We will try to explain the details and underpinnings.
