Nous examinons comment les formes du récit lignager, dont les « griots » ont longtemps assumé la fonction dans cet espace culturel, lues comme un mécanisme d’interconstruction symbolique de l’individu et des collectifs de référence qui fondent ses ancrages tout au long de l’histoire de son ascendance, pourraient être re-mobilisées dans le travail de conseil et d’accompagnement de ces travailleurs au cours de leurs multiples transitions professionnelles. | ||
