| 520 | _aL’objectif est de mettre en lien l’augmentation des incivilités numériques en milieu professionnel avec la diffusion de la multicommunication. À partir d’une double perspective, de psychologie sociale et de psychologie du travail et des organisations, cet article s’appuie sur deux études menées auprès de personnels d’entreprises. Les résultats montrent un accroissement de l’acceptabilité des cyber-incivilités qui, finalement, se banalisent en contexte de multicommunication. Loin de constituer de simples transgressions aux règles ordinaires de civilité, les incivilités numériques finissent par constituer une nouvelle norme sociale d’interaction. Ce faisant, elles traduisent des transformations profondes dans le rapport du sujet à son environnement de travail. | ||
| 520 | _aOur goal is to link the increase of digital incivilities at the workplace with the diffusion of multicommunication. From a double perspective of social psychology and work and organizational psychology, this article is based on two studies conducted on French employees in big companies. The results show an increase in the acceptability of cyber-incivilities, which becomes mainstream in a multicommunication context. Far from simply being transgressions to the ordinary rules of civility, the digital incivilities could ultimately constitute a new social norm of interaction. They therefore reflect a set of deep transformations in the relationship between the subject and his or her work environment. | ||
