520			_aRésuméL’hypothèse du contrat psychotique est née de la clinique des TFP avec des familles ayant un enfant autiste ou psychotique. L’enfant, par les conditions ou la situation de sa naissance, semble, dans certains cas, réactualiser certaines traces traumatiques transgénérationnelles. Faute de pouvoir être l’héritier d’un passé censuré qui le relie aux ancêtres et le fonde, il en devient, comme l’« enfant-ancêtre », la révélation menaçante, rendant impossible l’établissement d’un « contrat narcissique » et l’investissement narcissique de la famille. Seul un « contrat psychotique » peut alors permettre à l’enfant de vivre dans des modalités de survie, excluant un développement psychique et maintenant l’enfant isolé. Il est aliéné à un passé qu’il re-présente, qu’il doit contenir et masquer pour que le lien familial tienne.
520			_aThe psychotic-contract hypothesisThe hypothesis of a psychotic-contract derives from psychoanalytical family therapy practice with families in which there is a psychotic or autistic child. In certain cases, a child’s birth at a particular moment or in specific circumstances seems to reactivate traces of transgenerational trauma. The child is unable to carry out his role as heir of an « unthinkable » past, which links him to his ancestors, as well as constituting the basis of his « self ». Thus, like the « ancestor-child » in Africa, he becomes a potentially threatening revelation, which makes impossible the establishment of a « narcissistic contracts » and a narcissistic investment within the family. The child can live by means of ways of survival only through a « psychotic contract ». This precludes emotional or mental growth and keeps the child isolated within the group. He is alienated to a past which he re-presents and which he must keep contained and conceal in order for the family links to be maintained.
520			_aResumenLa hipótesis del contrato psicótico nació de la clínica de las terapias familiares psicoanalíticas en familias donde hay un niño psicótico o autista. Este último, por las condiciones o la situación de su nacimiento, parece reactualizar, en algunos casos, ciertas huellas traumáticas transgeneracionales. A falta de ser un heredero de un pasado censurado que lo vincula con sus antepasados y lo funda, se convierte como en un « niño ancestro », en su revelación amenazante, que hace imposible el establecimiento de un contrato narcisista y la investidura por la familia como uno de sus miembros. Solo el contrato psicótico permite al niño sobrevivir, lo que excluye su desarrollo psíquico y lo mantiene aislado. Aparece así alienado a un pasado que él representa, que debe contener y cubrir como para que el vínculo familiar se mantenga.
