Through a philosophical and anthropological examination of the movement, I aim to delineate the historical trajectory and developmental patterns of biohacking in France. Central to this inquiry are the intricate relationships biohackers foster with technical objects, and the ensuing ethical and epistemological implications. I will argue that the distinctive rapport biohackers maintain with technical objects fosters an ethic of attentiveness that prioritizes individual uniqueness and collective engagement, thereby shaping the movement’s ethos. | ||
