Since the early 80’s, while large council housing estates appeared as « no-go » areas, in lack of citizenship, even communitarians, Hip Hop dance associated to « urban cultures » has been perceived as a means of integration for young people of the working-classes. Dancers and choreographers with the help of youth institutions and local representatives have been asked to represent the models of the « Republican Pact ». | ||
