520			_aCurrently, inclusion is a hot topic in public and educational policies, particularly within the context of Persons With Disabilities (PWD). The university did not escape this inclusive dynamic by requiring each institution to have a Disability Management System (DMS) in 2013 (loi Fioraso). However, while some progress, the desired inclusive process is still far from being fully realized. From prescription to reality, the gap is still too wide, and the disappointments have grown. Isn’t it time for a new era of inclusivity in higher educational institutions? With the support of an SDPH, this piece questions academic inclusion, expressing a process in motion, proposing emancipation, and a reciprocal relationship. 520			_aActuellement, l’inclusion est un concept scandé haut et fort au cœur des politiques publiques et éducatives, notamment à l’endroit des Personnes en situation de handicap (PSH). L’université n’a pas échappé à cette dynamique inclusive en imposant à chaque établissement de se doter d’un Schéma directeur pluriannuel du handicap (SDPH) en 2013 (loi Fioraso). Pourtant, le processus inclusif ambitionné est loin d’être pleinement concrétisé, malgré des progrès certains. Du prescrit au réel, l’empan est encore trop grand, et les désillusions accentuées. Dès lors n’est-il pas venu le temps d’une nouvelle période, celle de l’inclusivité universitaire ? À l’appui d’un SDPH, cet article questionne l’inclusivité universitaire, exprimant un processus en mouvement, propice à l’émancipation, au lien de réciprocité pour une véritable participation estudiantine et citoyenne de tout un chacun.
