520 _aThe new connections between the law and regulations independent from political power as well as the emergence of new actors in industrial relations have deeply transformed labour conflicts. Conflicts are increasingly contributing to the production of the rules and regulations which govern firms. Taking up such a perspective, this article analyses the value of some paradigms related to collective action and the evolution of industrial relations systems towards greater autonomy.
