520 _aThis article analyses the violence of relations in one of the most modern sectors of Mexican agriculture devoted to horticultural exports. This form of agriculture encourages migrations, particularly of Indian women, who find themselves victims of a cycle of violence linked to their class, their sex and their ethnic group. However, in a context shaped by the destabilisation of the migratory movement and the extreme precariousness of their living conditions, some of these women have managed to create space of “counter power” to stand up to the domination which is exercised over them.
